Shipping Policy
The shipping cost of each item is listed on item description (below "Item Price"), this is ESTIMATED only, for 1 item, delivered within Australia. For multiple items, shipping charge is calculated during check out process, based on total weight, this charge is usually cheaper than if items are purchased and shipped individually.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for any tariff/customs duty as we are not familiar with your local customs regulation, and have no control over that, although we will help to reduce the chance of this happening by filing a reasonable declare value. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Insurance Charges
Insurance is optional, can be purchased during check out.
Delivery Time Frames
Auto&Boat uses both Australia Post & Courier companies to deliver parcels to our customers. We endeavour to proceed your order within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days within Australia, and 3 to 10 working days outside Australia.
Deliveries can only be made Monday to Friday. All orders received after 3.00pm that day will be processed the following working day and packages shipped accordingly. Please be aware that no deliveries are made on public holidays or between Christmas and the New Year as our office is closed during this period.
Please note that a signature may be required for acceptance of the shipment. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, additional charges may be incurred to you for any additional deliveries. Deliveries can be made to residential and commercial addresses, a street delivery address is preferred as the couriers are not able to deliver to a PO Box number.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, the process will be entered into our database. You may log on to our web site any time to check the order status. A delivery tracking number will be issued once item is dispatched.

For Couriers Please, go to: http://www.couriersplease.com.au/
For other courier companies, please refer to emails we sent to you.
Order Availability
Auto&Boat will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail advising how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.
Return Policy
As an Australian company we trade under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If you wish to return a product please contact our customer service team by completing the Contact Us Form, or by emailing [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorisation/warranty Form. Returned products must be accompanied with original packaging, contents, and Return Authorisation form.
Auto&Boat will repair or replace faulty products, provided they are defective and not because you have simply changed your mind.
Return freight charges are at the purchaser’s expense. You are advised to send your package by registered post, and maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. However if you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or there was an error processing your order, Auto&boat will reimburse you upon receiving a receipt for freight.
